Shipping & Returns

~ Shipping costs are determined by weight and zip code.
~ ~ ~ First Class Mail (2-7 business day delivery - Starts at $4.99)
~ ~ ~ Priority Mail (2-5 business day delivery - Starts at $6.99)
~ ~ ~ Express Mail (1-2 business day delivery - Starts at $19.99, Signature Required)

~ All orders placed on our website are processed for shipping within 3-5 business days regardless of the shipping option chosen.
~ For all package delivery times, a 'business day' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include holidays or weekends. Please visit for a full list of Federal Holidays when mail will not be delivered.
~ Please be advised that an Express Mail package may require a signature to be delivered. Speciality Shoppe is not responsible for goods not delivered on time due to USPS holding a package when delivery is attempted and no one is available for signature.
~ Please note that all items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock, order time can exceed stated time.

~ A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This number can be used to determine the location and estimated delivery time of your package by visiting the Track & Confirm page. Please note that USPS can take up to 12 hours after the order is shipped to provide accurate tracking information.

~ If an item is lost by USPS, 10 days have past since shipment date, and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover re-shipping costs. Please email or call us with your name and order number. We will always reship using the shipping method chosen at checkout.
~ If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received your package, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not re-delivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.

~ Did we make a mistake? Just not what you were expecting? We will do whatever it takes to make sure you receive the item you want. We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.
~ Do you need to send it back to us for a refund or exchange? Please contact us either through email or telephone, and we will assist you quick and easily.
~ We offer three quick and easy return or exchange options:
~ ~ ~ If we made a mistake on the shirt or image, send the mistake shirt back to us and we will immediately get it right and shipped out to you.
~ ~ ~ If you are not happy with the shirt quality or image and would like a refund, return the item and request a refund minus applicable shipping costs.
~ ~ ~ If you are exchanging an item, please return the shirt and a store credit, minus applicable shipping costs, will be applied to your account to use on a new order

~ Items that are made from custom artwork provided by you are not returnable unless a mistake has been made in size/color of apparel. All artwork must be approved by the customer before any items are produced.
